Keep on looking.

Is there any reason to stop looking;
for us bounded to reason
desperately
seeking to explain our existence,
imagination contained
the inner child imprisoned within.
Then keep on looking;
the world is
ours
to flourish,
waiting
to attain our true nature.

    Hi Joe, another excellent piece!

    “seeking to explain our existence,
    imagination contained
    the inner child imprisoned within…”

    Sometimes the real world makes me wanna hide away and be at peace with the innocence and serenity of my childhood memories. I feel ur line beautifully captured this for me…

    @Julian Hi Julian. Thanks for dropping bye. Glad you like my blog. :)
    @Marzie Actually, I do feel like that sometimes. I try not to think of the past too much as dwelling on them makes facing the present hard. That’s why I escaped into anime and manga a lot. It may feel like cowardice, but it keep me out of depression.
