Driveway, free online file sharing
The bulk of my bandwidth usage every month is from file sharing. I usually downloads all my moe stuffs (anime/manga etc) and shares these to my forumer friends using various file sharing services. Driveway.com is one such online file sharing services that I’ve recently found out.
Driveway is a free service. There’s no registration required, as such, using it is very hassle free. It’s accessible from any internet-enabled computer; all you need is just the ubiquitous browser.
To upload or download any files, there are only 3 steps needed:
1. Browse and select the required file.
2. Provide your email address to receive the “Download/”Delete” links by email. This is optional, but if you did not give your email address, then you’ll definitely won’t be able to delete the file in the future.
3. Click either the “Send Files for Read” or “Send Files for Edit” option.
And that’s it. If the transfer is successful, you’ll view a confirmation page with the file link displayed. Just save this link for your sharing needs.
The file limit is 500MB, so it’s more than enough for all of your personal needs. In fact, I do thinks it’s more than enough for any commercial needs, too.
