Dua Jam Sebelum Sultan Alauddin Syahid Diracun

Directed by Dr. Abu Hassan Hasbullah, and written by Faisal Tehrani, Dua Jam Sebelum Sultan Alauddin Syahid Diracun (2 Hours Before Sultan Alauddin Died by Poison) is an adaptation of Tehrani’s children novel Nama Beta Sultan Alauddin (My Name is Sultan Alauddin) which is also his first script since being awarded Anugerah Seni Negara in 2006.

An historical rhetoric about court life during the Malacca Sultanate era when the young Sultan Alauddin Shah was poisoned, this is a heavily political stage play, which is definitely a rarity in the Malaysian theatre scene. So, try not to miss this.
